The ones like Deadly Civil War will be activated once choosing a side and a few more like major quests once ready to tackle them. All these months enabling them a few at a time feel now like a waste of time. Glad I ask and I truly appreciate the input. I frequently start new games with all of my mods active and run into zero problems.
